Nvidia’s Deepu Talla to Join TC Sessions: Robotics Panel
The agenda for TC Sessions: Robotics, set to take place on July 17th at MIT’s Kresge Auditorium in Cambridge, MA, is nearly complete. One of the most recent additions to the lineup is Deepu Talla, the head of NVIDIA’s Tegra division. Talla’s expertise lies in the development and deployment of critical GPU technology for robots, UAVs, and other applications.
Talla, who holds a PhD in computer engineering from the University of Texas, previously led NVIDIA’s mobile business unit. He will be joining the “Robot Brain” panel, a discussion focused on the role of powerful GPUs in driving robotics advancements. He will be joined by other leading experts in the field, including Heather Ames, CTO of Neurala, and Brian Gerkey, co-founder of Open Robotics.

The “Robot Brain” panel is just one of many exciting sessions planned for TC Sessions: Robotics. Attendees will also have the opportunity to hear from prominent figures in the robotics industry, such as Daniela Rus of MIT CSAIL, Martin Buehler of Disney, Rodney Brooks of ReThink, Gill Pratt of TRI, and Sami Atiya of ABB.
